These terms govern your use of hanfortdesign.com and our messaging channels operated by Hanfort Design Sdn Bhd. By using them you accept these terms.
2. Our services
We provide interior design, cabinetry, renovation consultation and build services. Website information, images, indicative budgets and timelines are general references. Scope, pricing and delivery become binding only under a signed quotation or contract.
3. User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use our channels only for genuine service enquiries, ensure you may share submitted plans or files, and keep any issued account credentials confidential.
4. Prohibited activities
You must not use our channels unlawfully or abusively, send spam or automated messages, impersonate others, upload malware, breach or overload our systems, or copy and redistribute our creative work without written consent.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, including the Hanfort name, logo, project photography and design material, belongs to Hanfort Design Sdn Bhd or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Our website and messaging channels are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Hanfort Design Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
