1. Who we are

Hanfort Design Sdn Bhd (“Hanfort Design”, “we”, “us”) is an interior design and build company registered in Malaysia, at Unit 15-16, Manara K1, No. 1, Lorong 3/137C, Jalan Klang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan. We operate this website and communicate with enquirers through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email and phone.

2. Data we collect

• Contact details — your name, phone number (including your WhatsApp number), email address.
• Message content — the messages, photos, floor plans and files you send us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or our website forms.
• Project details — property location, property type, budget range, timeline and design preferences you share with us.
• Technical data — basic website usage data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected for analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and provide customer support over WhatsApp and other channels.
• To prepare consultations, layout plans, 3D visuals, material proposals and quotations.
• To schedule site visits, showroom appointments and project follow-ups.
• To send service updates and, where you have agreed, occasional promotional messages. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or emailing us.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party sharing and processing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business messages, Facebook and Instagram messages and advertising are transmitted and processed through Meta’s infrastructure under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Manychat — used to route, automate and manage WhatsApp and Messenger conversations; it stores your contact number, name and conversation history on our behalf.
• Hosting and database providers — used to host this website and store enquiry submissions securely.
• Authorities — where disclosure is required by Malaysian law.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and warranty obligations, typically up to seven (7) years after our last interaction, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To request deletion, see our data deletion instructions, or email id.hanfort@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we act promptly on any incident.
