Hanfort Design Sdn Bhd (“Hanfort Design”, “we”, “us”) is an interior design and build company registered in Malaysia, at Unit 15-16, Manara K1, No. 1, Lorong 3/137C, Jalan Klang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan. We operate this website and communicate with enquirers through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email and phone.
2. Data we collect
Contact details, message content, project details, and basic technical website usage data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to reply to enquiries, provide support, prepare consultations, plans, visuals, proposals and quotations, schedule visits and follow-ups, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third-party sharing and processing
We share data only as needed with service providers including Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messaging; Manychat for conversation management; hosting and database providers; and authorities where Malaysian law requires disclosure.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, tax and warranty obligations, typically up to seven years after our last interaction, then delete or anonymise them.
