Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you — including your name, phone number, email address, enquiry submissions, and WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram conversation history.
How to request deletion
- Email id.hanfort@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or send the same message on WhatsApp +60 18-231 2563。
- Include the name, phone number and/or email address used when contacting us so we can locate your records.
- We may ask one verification question to confirm the request is genuinely yours.
- We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days and confirm in writing once done.
What we may need to keep
Where Malaysian law requires it — for example signed contracts, invoices and tax records, or records needed for an active warranty or legal claim — we retain the minimum necessary information and delete the rest.
Data held by Meta
Messages sent through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram are also processed on Meta’s platforms under its own policies. Our deletion covers records held by us and our messaging provider, Manychat.
